Sahil Khan began pursuing his passion for bodybuilding and training other people. In order to create a brand of sports and nutrition in the Indian market, he also started a business with industrialist Yash Birla and nutritionist Rehan Jalali. Sahil Khan opened his first gym Muscle & Beach Gym in goa which was an open beach gym. Along with this, he opened the opulent Galaxy Fitness Club. After it was a huge success, he established numerous branches in India. He also founded Divine Nutrition, Hunk, and My Fitness, companies that specialize in diet and nutrition.

Sahil Khan has won many awards for bodies in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He also has a Guinness World Record. He created the weightlifting world record of 525 kg the whole audience was surprised by him.
